Is this a paid feature?

Yes. Promotions can be purchased at any time and are paid for separately to your Fieldfolio orders.

How long do promotions run for?

Promotions run for one week, Sunday to Saturday. Premium Retailer Emails are sent Tuesdays and Thursdays of the purchased week.

How much does a promotion cost?

Each promotion is priced individually. Prices can be viewed in your Fieldfolio seller account.

How far in advance can promotions be booked?

Every week up to and including Christmas 2026 is priced and available now. If still available, promotions can be purchased up to and including the week they run.

Are there any limits?

Yes. To keep things fair, sellers can only purchase one Premium Retailer Email in a twelve week period.

Does this affect my Fieldfolio subscription?

No. There is no change to your Fieldfolio plan or per order charges.
