Scan a barcode with the Fieldfolio iPad app

Ready, Set, Scan!

Take orders at the fair by scanning — using the barcodes already on your products, or labels you print from Fieldfolio.

Going to the Melbourne Gift Fair soon?

Prepare your Fieldfolio catalog and product listings for fast, tap-free ordering at the fair and in the showroom. There are two ways to scan your way through an order — pick whichever fits your products.

Already have barcodes on your packaging? Scan them.

If your products already carry barcodes, you’re ready to go. Scan the barcode with the Fieldfolio iPad app and the item drops straight onto the order.

As long as your products have barcodes entered in Fieldfolio, you're good to go.

No barcodes? Print labels with Fieldfolio.

For products without barcodes, print your own labels directly from Fieldfolio Seller Hub — choose a QR code or a standard barcode (Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, or UPC-A). We’ve partnered with Avery, so you can print and affix lables to your products, then simply scan while taking orders.

What scanner equipment will I need?

You’ll need a 2D scanner. It reads both the barcodes on your packaging and the QR codes you print, so a single scanner covers either approach.

The Eyoyo Mini is economical, readily available, and works well with our app:

You don’t have to use this exact model, but we recommend testing your scanner first to make sure ordering goes smoothly.
