Fieldfolio Payments!


We've partnered with global payment processing leader Stripe to enable payments on Fieldfolio. Your Buyers can now easily pay you upfront!

Use an existing or new Stripe account

Connect your existing Stripe account, or create a new Stripe account, through Fieldfolio Seller Hub. Stripe will pay out funds directly to your nominated bank account.

Easy payments

Once you've turned on payments, Buyers will see a new payment step during checkout.

You retain complete control

You’re in control of who pays you upfront for orders. You can use it for all your Buyers, or just new ones. You can require upfront payment for a particular Buyer at any time.

Payment processing does not apply to iPad sales

Payments are only available for Fieldfolio marketplace orders, and all Sales Rep orders through the Fieldfolio for iPad app are unaffected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a payment processing fee?

Yes. The Fieldfolio payment processing fee is 0.25% of the total order amount. Stripe will also charge you fees in accordance with your agreement with Stripe.

Do I have to use payments for all my Buyers?

No. You can decide who pays upfront on a Buyer-by-Buyer basis.

Can I change payment settings for a Buyer anytime?

Yes. You can update a Buyer's payment setting in their linked Buyer Request.

Why are Shipping Rates required to take payments?

To make sure you're not wasting time organising additional payments from your Buyers later, we've made it a requirement that Shipping Rates are configured before payments can be enabled for your Catalog.

Does this affect my Sales Reps using the iPad app?

No. Sales Reps can still take orders in the field without any changes.
