Introducing Inventory Management for Fieldfolio!

Fieldfolio's new inventory management features will help you better manage your stock levels. These new features are all opt-in, so there's no need to take action if you don't need them. You're still in control. Here's what's new.

Improved stock management

Better control over your stock, making it easier to stay on top of your inventory levels and prevent over-selling.

CSV upload for Stock on Hand

Update your Stock on Hand in bulk via CSV upload. With this feature, you can upload just the SKU and stock on hand figure for each product, rather than having to include full product details.

Stock on Hand quick edit

Make updates to your product Stock on Hand directly in the product list, saving you time and effort.

Out of stock threshold

Set an out of stock threshold to ensure you don't oversell your products. This feature will help you maintain customer satisfaction.

Backordering

Enable backordering on a per-catalog basis. This will allow you to continue accepting orders for out-of-stock products and prevent lost sales.

MYOB & Xero Integration syncing

Stock on Hand figures are sync multiple times a day to ensure Fieldfolio and your MYOB or Xero account are syncronised.
