Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition, an entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The promoter of the competition is Fieldfolio Pty Ltd (ABN 73 150 138 426) of 24 Capel Street, West Melbourne, VIC, 3003 (Fieldfolio). The prize in the competition is the travel and accomodation package referred to in this email, with the inclusions set out in this email only. The prize is for travel before 31st October 2022. The total cost of the prize is approximately $4,000. Entry to the competition is limited to persons: (i) aged 18 years and over; (ii) resident in Australia (excluding WA and ACT); and (iii) who do not already have a retailer account with Fieldfolio. Officers and employees of Fieldfolio (and their respective family members) and other persons related to Fieldfolio are not permitted to enter the competition. Each entrant warrants that he or she meets these criteria. To enter the competition, an entrant must sign-up to a Fieldfolio retailer account using the form at https://fieldfolio.com/signup/retailer between 9am on 28 October 2021 and 11.59pm on 30 November 2021. All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time. Entries are limited to one per person. The winner will be drawn at random at 24 Capel Street, West Melbourne, VIC, 3003 on 1 December 2021, and the winner will be notified by email and announced on the Fieldfolio website at https://fieldfolio.com on 2 December 2021. If the winner cannot be contacted following reasonable endeavours, or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, the prize will be withdrawn from the winner and a replacement winner will be drawn at random. Any winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any promotional material published by Fieldfolio in connection with the competition. Entrants are responsible for all expenses incurred in entering the competition and/or taking delivery of the prize, and the prize does not include travel, accomodation or other costs except as set out above in this email. The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. The prize is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant travel, accomodation or suppliers and/or organisers. Fieldfolio will not responsible if the prize cannot be delivered or enjoyed by reason of anything outside Fieldfolio’s reasonable control. Fieldfolio will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the winner’s participation in the travel and accomodation package.
