Controlling which of your sales reps has access to which catalogs and customers can be complicated, so we've added some new features.

Customer groups control which customers are available in one or more of your catalogs.

Sales teams control which catalogs are visible and available to your sales reps.

Territories are still available and control which customers are available to your sales reps within your catalogs.

Combining these three features allows you to create simple and effective levels of access and control for any sales team.
